There were a lot of Boundary members at Tillstons, Stockton for the launch of the new Kawasaki Versys 1000. A good night was had. When it came to the draw Totty’s name got pulled out but because he had left he was no longer eligible to go forward to the National draw. The Kawasaki man said he would sort him out a fleece though.
So there was another draw and guess who’s name came out Karen. She was presented with a limited edition bike book. We then had a nervous wait whilst the national draw took place. The format for that was each shop in the country had a winner. There was now a national draw where the dealers names were drawn out. Unfortunately Karen missed out but it was great to be part of it. The first prize was a Kawasaki of your choice for two months and you had to ride to the Bruno Grand Prix in Czechoslovakia all expenes paid. Here is a picture of Karen trying out one of the bikes.
