The entry form, next of kin form and if camping, the appropriate section must be returned by post to me. Address details are on the forms.
When your application has been received and accepted I will forward your details to The Great North Air Ambulance Service who will send you the appropriate sponsorship forms. These forms must not be photo-copied because for audit purposes they have a unique number. If you require more either contact me or the Air Ambulance Service and we will arrange for more to be sent out.
One tip for when completing the sponsorship forms is that people tend to copy the first amount given so make sure it’s a decent amount. Also try and get the money up front because it saves a lot of hassle later on.
There may have to be a limit on the numbers that can take part so do not hesitate get your forms in as soon as possible.
The Great North Air Ambulance needs our support and money, enter the event, you might need their services one day.
