When your application has been received and accepted your details will be forwarded to The Great North Air Ambulance Service who will send you the appropriate sponsorship forms. These forms must not be photo-copied because for audit purposes they must have a unique number. If you require more sponsorship forms either contact the Group Secretary at sec.b500@yahoo.co.uk or the Air Ambulance Service on 01325 487263 or email, boundary@greatnorthairambulance.co.uk and they will arrange for more to be sent out.
When contacting please ensure you give the details of the event you have entered.
The final instructions will be sent to entrants two weeks before the event.
One tip for when completing the sponsorship forms is that people tend to copy the first amount given so make sure it’s a decent amount. Also try and get the money up front because it saves a lot of hassle later on.
There may have to be a limit on the numbers that can take part so do not hesitate get your forms in as soon as possible.
Thanks for your support and safe riding.
