The 2013 Boundary 500 Motorcycle Group Annual Santa Ride was a huge success in both record numbers attending and the weather on the day. Crowds turned out on a beautiful sunny day with not a cloud in the sky to see the riders. In all there were two hundred Santa’s. At the start of the ride the Group held a bucket collection for the hospice whilst the riders were signing in. The collection raise a superb £425. 61p.

The Group Face Book page at https://www.facebook.com/Boundary500?fref=ts has been inundated with comments and photos.

Entry for the 2013 Motorcycle Santa Ride closed on Friday 22nd November 2013. Look forward to seeing you next year. Many thanks for the support.

People will be aware that there is an on-going dispute within the Fire Brigade which has led to Industrial action being taken.

As a consequence of this on-going dispute it has been decided tat this year we will not be starting our Motorcycle Santa Ride from Thornaby Fire Station. This decision has been taken to ensure that we do not become involved in any action that may be taken.

We will instead be starting from Thornaby Town Centre.

All entrants will be receiving the new details. The website Rules and Regulations will be amended asap.
